Sugarloaf Subdivision ~ Boulder
 

This is suburban mountain area is accessed via Canyon Blvd in Central/West Boulder in and around Sugarloaf Mountain.  For most of the homes in this area, the drive to downtown Boulder is between 10 and 25 minutes.  The Boulder County Betasso Preserve recreation area is off Sugarloaf Road.  This area was originally settled in the 1860’s during the gold rush with many of the homesteads original mining claims.  Boulder city-views and mountain-views can be expected from virtually every house.
