Since this West Boulder neighborhood borders the mountains, you will find Turn-of-the-Century homes closest to the mountains, otherwise the houses date primarily to the 1940's and 1950's.  This is an outstanding location with the Pearl Street Mall just south and trendy neighborhood shops, grocer and cafes close-by.  The North Boulder Recreation Center is walking distance as is the North Boulder Community Park.  Every property has been renovated from simple updating to living space expansion to complete demolition and "ground-up" new construction.  Much of the architecture is "Craftsman-style".
