This area of Boulder is referred to as Lower or East Chautauqua.  Many of the houses are described as bungalows or cottages due to their modest size.  Some have been expanded and added additional living space.  Mature trees canopy this neighborhood.  Walk to Chautauqua Park and the University of Colorado from here.  Enjoy quick access to Hwy 36 to Denver.
