If you relocate to Boulder, be prepared to have family, friends and distant cousins visit you -- often.  Boulder and Colorado's reputation for skiing, bicycling, hiking, camping, rock climbing, kayaking, etc. is international in scope and serves as a magnet for visitors.

 

Now that you have been forewarned that "they" will be coming, how do you prepare yourself?  By being a tourist yourself.  See the sights.  Ski, hike, camp, bike.  Walk the Pearl Street Mall and go inside each of the shops.  Visit the museums and art galleries.  Eat in the restaurants and cafes.  Find the perfect espresso or croissant or whatever you have a passion for. 

 
Boulder is a place of interest and awards.  "Best Sports City", "Best Green Places To Live In America", "Top 10 Cities For Artists", America's Smartest Cities" -- the list goes on and on and on.  This is where you have chosen to live.  Now get on the band wagon and brag about Boulder!
